Pictures from (my mother-in-law) June’s amazing back yard I took last time we were over at her house. This is only a tiny fraction of the beautiful features that her years of hard work designing and planting have brought to life. She now has a lush garden environment with tons of colorful plants in her back yard including a beautiful pond covered in lily pads. I love how the trees filter the light in this picture.
Just one of the many beautiful hydrangea blooms. Her back yard is just covered in trees and is gloriously shady even on the sunniest days. The rest of the yard is covered in many other shade loving plants.
And in the front yard there is an amazing row of amazing caladiums, or elephant ears as I like to call them, lining the front of the house. They are so striking as you drive up to the house. I especially love these pink caladiums, I just might have to plant some next year!
