It’s a perfect mix of sweet, spicy, salty. It’s easily adjustable to balance the spicy level to your liking by adjusting the amount of chili or red pepper powder. I use red pepper powder because I am not a fan of chili powder and it adds a nice background note.
The recipe is fast and easy to make. Using any combination of raw nuts you prefer, toast them for a few minutes while you melt the butter and mix all the other ingredients together in a large bowl. Then just toss in the warm toasted nuts in the bowl to coat and bake it again for a few minutes. I highly recommend you make a batch to snack on for the weekend! It’s addictive…
